Alpaca Accessories

At Hillberry Farm Grant Cares for a small number of Alpacas, whose fleeces can be used to produce a very soft wool.
This can be knitted into items of clothing / knitwear and sold to raise money for the animals at Hillberry Farm. 

Grant has made contact with Julie Ferguson who hand knits, Julie Runs a small company called Mr Darceys Cottage in Daventry Northants She designs and hand knits all her own Accessories, Juile has lots of ideas for turning the alpaca wool into wonderful hand made Accessories for Hillberry Farm. We are both very excited about future projects.

Using the incredibly soft,baby alpaca fleece from the Hillberry Alpacas, Mr Darcey creates one off designs, enhanced and embellished with luxurious fancy yarns and beautiful buttons and beads.

This original design hand knitted by Julie Ferguson using hand spun alpaca wool, from the fleece of Marco, Silver grey baby alpaca yarn knitted in a loose Lacey pattern, with a range of soft pearly shell colours.
